As a precaution, Riverside SUD, will be closing the LOBBY ONLY, until further notice. We will be more than happy to assist you through the Drive Thru with any issues or concerns.

The virus is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person.
- Between people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).
- Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs.
Please, we ask that you be patient while we try to take care of each customers’ needs, as efficiently and quickly, as possible.
Anything that can be done in the lobby can be done through drive thru:
- New accounts
- Paying bills
- Address change
- Name change
- Leak adjustments
You may call, email, or fax anytime as our office hours have not changed. We will keep our customers updated on any changes that may occur.
