Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Online Bill Payment
Pay your bill online 24/7 through your New Customer Portal. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You will need to know your account number and the exact name on the bill to sign up for the Customer Portal . Simply click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" to get started.

When signing up please enter your Full name as it appears on a bill. If not found, try entering the first and last name associated with the account.
If your account number is less than 4 digits add zeros. Ex: "53" should appear as "0053"

To pay your bill over the phone, please call (877) 252-1138 Safe-Secure-Simple. Before calling, please have your account number ready.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
We are NOT responsible for U.S. Mail delivery, payments in transit and/or payments
lost in transit. Failure to receive bill does not relieve you of your obligation to pay.

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit cards or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have a drop box located at our drive thru.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
